Helix Electric Awarded Design-Build Electrical Contracting Project For Solaris Residences At Vail Village

San Diego, CA - Helix Electric, Inc., one of the largest open shop electrical contractors in the nation, has announced that it has been awarded the design-build electrical subcontracting work for the Solaris Residences located in downtown Vail Village, Colorado.

Helix Electric is providing the electrical systems, including fire alarm, radio amplification, light control, security, parking control system home automation, voice and data, lighting protection, emergency generator and snow melt system. Solaris Residences is a custom-designed condominium project that features state-of-the-art resident amenities and five-star finishes. When completed in Fall 2010, Solaris Residences will include 77 high-end residential units, 14 retail spaces, underground parking garage and plaza.

The Solaris project is a joint venture with E Light Electric Services.
