Occupancy Sensor

TORK's new occupancy sensor incorporates both passive infrared and ultrasonic technologies to perform the ultimate task of sensing. With coverage up to 1500 square feet, the two technologies complement each other thereby eliminating blind spots. In addition, false ON/OFF's due to temperature changes, warm air currents or stray noises are greatly reduced. Model PSC15 is for ceiling mounting and requires use of a TRP powerpack which is available for 120, 277, or 230VAC input.

The sensor can control both fluorescent and incandescent lighting systems and HVAC electrical equipment. With its dual technology, individual settings on this unit can be adjusted so that it performs almost flawlessly in virtually any area. The manufacturer recommends the PSC15 for use in places such as open and closed office areas, classrooms, lunch rooms, kitchens, laboratories, or bathrooms.
