This new 14.4-Volt Power-Plus ½-in. Hammer-Drill features an All-Metal Grip-Lok keyless chuck and a 2.4 amp-hour nickel cadmium (NiCad) reversible battery. The model 0514-24 T-Handle Hammer-Drill delivers a maximum torque of 350 in.-lb., easily capable of drilling and fastening tapcons, boring into concrete, driving decking screws, and most other general drilling and fastening applications.
This model features a reversible battery, providing the user with better balance when the Hammer-Drill is used in overhead applications and enabling the tool to be used in confined areas. The manufacturer uses only "no memory effect" batteries, providing the user with full battery capacity. The soft-grip T-handle is designed for superior balance and comfort in driving screws. Additional features include a variable speed switch, 20-position clutch, two speed ranges, 0-450/0-1,450 rpm; and 0-19,000 bpm for hammering.
