BNC Connectors

The SNS59HECBNC connector and SNS59HECBNCB connector are two new Super-Premium Snap-N-Seal BNC precision plug connectors. The SNS59HECBNC connector is designed for CommScope Series F59HEC-2 headend cable or Times Fiber Communications Series 02240V/02241V headend cables; while the SNS59HECBNCB connector is designed for applications using Belden Series 1505A Serial Digital Video cable or 9167 Broadband Headend cable.

The new connectors combine the proven performance of the company's patented Snap-N-Seal technology with the precision coaxial contacts of a BNC male plug. The BNC portion of the connector is designed to nominal MIL Spec C-39012 with 75-ohm characteristic impedance, featuring an integral silver-plated contact. The patented Snap-N-Seal design of the cable interface provides true 360 degree compression with superior RF shielding performance of -65dB and high frequency return loss of -30dB up to 1GHz. Installation requires only a single-step 1/4" - 1/4" cable preparation process that employs the same standard stripping and compression tools already used for all of the Series 59 & Series 6 Snap-N-Seal products.
