Cable Assemblies

These cable assemblies for high flex industrial applications utilize the manufacturer's Megaflex cable. These new assemblies provide power and signal for all levels of machine tools, robotics, and other industrial equipment. Extensively used on welding and assembly lines for the automotive industry, these assemblies are well suited for numerous industrial applications.

Engineered to provide extended flex life within harsh industrial environments, Megaflex cables are designed to offer exceptional performance for industrial and factory automation applications. The cables feature a Duralon industrial grade jacket, designed to outlast most PVCs and TPEs. The jacket enhances flexibility and provides added resistance to most oils and chemicals associated with industrial applications. The cables are engineered up to nine million rolling flexes in C-track and continuous flex robotic applications. A variety of connectors are available, including circular, rectangular and most mil specs. Many of these connectors can withstand various harsh environment applications. The cables are UL CSA approved. Custom cables and assemblies are also available for virtually any industrial application.
