ERICO's new angle bracket speeds up J-hook assembly

According to Erico Inc., the new CADDY AFAB Series angle brackets offer an easy and stable method for installing the extensive line of CADDY CableCat J-Hooks to threaded rod or directly to the structure.

Specially designed tabs expedite assembly and stabilize the J-hooks – eliminating any movement of the J-hook after installation. Ideal for modular installations, two brackets can be linked together with two J-hooks and installed on a threaded rod to create a secure tree assembly for multiple runs of high-performance cable.

These heavy-duty brackets are available with different mounting hole sizes including; the standard 1/4", 3/16" for powder actuated tools; and one that can accommodate 3/8" and 10mm threaded rod or bolt. Although they are available pre-riveted to the CableCat J-Hook, the brackets can also be easily assembled in the field as needed – providing greater flexibility.

There are an endless number of configurations including assembling two brackets in a 90 degree angle, which easily guides the cable around a corner and still maintains the necessary bend radius for high performance cable.
