Ground Electrode System

The Chemical Ground Electrode System can be used in place of multiple conventional ground rods and provide solutions to grounding challenges in many industries, including telecommunications, power generation and distribution, railways, lightning protection, and governmental facilities. They provide a comprehensive method for achieving a maintenance free, low impedance path to ground in difficult soil conditions. The electrodes reduce overall ground system resistance by introducing natural electrolytic salts into the surrounding soil to increase soil conductivity. And, when they're used in a complete system, the system dissipates lightning and electrical currents for the lifetime of the electrical system.

Ideal for space considerations, the electrodes are available in a range of standard and custom configurations, including L-shaped electrodes that can be installed horizontally in a trench where auguring deep vertical holes would be impractical. The electrodes are available individually or as part of a complete kit.
