In June of 1997, HotBend discovered an EASY, TIME and MONEY SAVING method for bending PVC conduit on the job site. After researching the marketability of the product, HotBend became aware of the industry's need for such a product, and HotBend Model Heat Gun was born. Its first appearance was at the NECA Convention in Las Vegas in October, 1998, where HotBend won the "Show Stopper" award. The HotBend Heat Gun allows you to create offset and custom bends quicker and easier, using portable propane, NOT electricity. The HotBend Heat Gun is the first of its kind to receive the UL listing approval seal.
