Integrated Project Management

N/Aated Project Management Software is a component of the company's Forefront Construction Management Software for electrical contractors. Forefront Project Management provides a complete solution for generating and tracking all documents required to run a construction project. Because it's integrated with Forefront's 25 other modules, there's no duplication of data when setting up or entering information on jobs, phases of work, contracts, subcontractors, vendors or employees.

The Project Management software covers RFI tracking, submittals, transmittals, daily project logs, speed memos, project directories, employee hire data, executive summary inquiries and reports. Since it uses Crystal Reports, it's easy to modify any report generated by the system. It offers unique features designed to help busy project managers. These include remote access, that allows users to access multiple projects from a remote location or at the main office, user-defined menus that enable project managers to focus on just the information necessary to run a project, and a sophisticated job-based security feature that allows project managers to see only their particular jobs.
