The integration of CA's Unicenter with iTRACS further enables the availability of critical network status information, which is vital for IT staff to resolve lost connections between devices and ports. From the Unicenter console, IT staff will receive immediate notifications of disconnected cables or port failures. This integration will also enable IT staff to remotely resolve issues from one central location, minimizing system downtime.
