In 1995, Danaher Corporation acquired Joslyn Hi-Voltage and its parent company, Joslyn Corporation. The Danaher Corporation acquisition triggered major improvements in manufacturing capability, lead-time reduction, quality improvement, and new product development. As a result, Joslyn has quickly introduced new products such as the TriMod recloser and FasTran high-speed transfer switch.

In 1998, Danaher acquired Fisher Pierce through the Pacific Scientific acquisition. The synergies between Joslyn Hi-Voltage and Fisher Pierce facilitated product innovation and increased bundled offerings to provide more value to our customers.
