The Combo Mechanical Bender is capable of .5-in-to-1.25-in bends on EMT, rigid/IMC, schedule 40 steel pipe, and aluminum conduit, and requires two shoes to bend the entire range of pipe. It features a ratchet drive with positive release for larger-diameter pipe, along with speed bending for smaller-diameter pipe, complete with removable direct handle operation.
An adjustable stop bar is designed to assist operators in fabricating duplicate stub-ups after measuring the initial pipe, assuring precise, repetitive bends. The bender is equipped with a spring-loaded brake system that applies pressure to the bending shoe, preventing shifts during loading and unloading procedures.
The bender also includes a precision degree indicator, allowing the operator to determine the degrees of the bend.
