Metal-Enclosed Switch Gear

The HVL/cc medium voltage switch gear offers compact size, compartmentalization, low maintenance, and fault-making grounding switch configuration. Additionally, the sealed interruption allows for eliminates of air-borne contamination and external arcing. It offers shallow depth to increase front aisle space, modular construction for flexibility in configurations, and transition capability for enhanced application versatility and performance without increasing footprint.

The load interrupter switch compartment is sealed for life, which prevents external arcing and is maintenance-free. The switch housing and the top and bottom sheet metal isolate the bus compartment, and the fuse/cable compartment has a front cover, which is mechanically interlocked and removable only when the switch is in the open and grounded position.

The switch gear is available for indoor or outdoor applications, 5kV-38kV, and the motor design is for the conventional over-toggle mechanism, and is adaptable to existing switches.
