The National Electrical Contractors Association is excited to announce that the NECA Energy Conservation and Performance (ECAP) program is now NECA Project Development.

This rebrand communicates the progress that NECA’s Business Development team has made supporting NECA members through the ECAP program and the evolution in its service offerings over the last five years. Since the program’s launch, NECA has directly assisted contractors in procuring over $30M in project financing and developing more than $60M in projects nationwide.
