QUAD RECEPTACLES

Pass & Seymour/Legrand, a leading manufacturer of electrical wiring devices, today introduced a complete line of hospital grade, specification grade, isolated ground and TVSS quad receptacles for commercial and institutional applications.

The quad receptacles are designed for easy installation and feature a molded A and B to simplify pair identification in two-circuit installations. The receptacles have shielding walls to protect against live-circuit-to-ground shorts and oxide-abrading screwhead rings to ensure a superior connection. In addition, they have backed-out screws and termination anchor holes and built-in wire-stripping gauge to shorten installation time.

The new quad receptacles feature six knockouts for easy mounting to any box and have outward-facing ground terminals to handle four straight or angled plugs. They also come with easy-to-read amperage ratings and are constructed with heavy-duty, high-impact nylon.
