Latest Acquisition Boosts Gutridge’s Resources in the Electrical Contracting Space

Columbus, OH (PRWEB) - Today, Gutridge, a Newark, Ohio-based Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Plumbing Contractor, and Kassel announced they have acquired Titan Electrical Construction and Design, based in Lewis Center, Ohio, for an undisclosed amount.

Titan is an electrical contracting company providing a variety of services including low, medium and high voltage work, lightning protection and control, LEED services and more. With high-profile projects like the Joseph Hotel, Dick's Sporting Goods (Polaris), Cabela's and Axium Plastics, Titan has designed and built electrical services for some of central Ohio’s most well-known companies.

Titan will continue to operate as Titan Electric in Lewis Center, Ohio as it is integrated as a division of Gutridge’s operations.
