Tri-Bar/Four-Bar Conductor Bar Systems are superior to other trolley conductor bar systems
Joint-Free Conductor Bar Systems

Tri-Bar/Four-Bar Conductor Bar Systems are superior to other trolley conductor bar systems because they feature joint-free construction with solid copper conductors and a multi-conductor modular housing. Because the conductor bar is continuous and joint-free for the entire run, the joints, which are the weakest part of the electrical system, are eliminated, therefore drastically reducing the need for system maintenance and the risk of power interruptions.

Components and Applications
Installation is fast and easy. Insulated housings come in standard interlocking 20-foot (or six-meter) lengths. Each conductor bar is cut to order, up to 600 feet in length, and shipped in a coil. The conductor bar slides easily into the housings from one end. And, if you decide to relocate your plant, Tri-Bar/Four-Bar Conductor Bar Systems can be easily removed and reinstalled in your new location.

Tri-Bar/Four-Bar is available in 50, 100 and 125 ampere copper, in 3 or 4-pole and up to 600 volts. The insulated, high-impact PVC housing protects the conductor from damage and debris, as well as reduces the risk of electrical shock. A variety of trolleys, taps, jacks and accessories are available. Plus, every order is custom-designed to your drawings and can also be shipped with short lead times. The product is safe, has both UL & CSA approval and is made in the USA.

Tri-Bar/Four-Bar systems have a wide variety of power and electrification applications for business and industry, including:

  • Electrification for Overhead Cranes
  • Hoists
  • Monorails
  • Storage Systems
  • Assembly Lines
  • Moving Equipment
  • Elevators
  • Trolley Busway Systems for the Garment and Light Manufacturing Industries
  • Amusement Park Rides
  • Data Transmission for Signals and Communication
