The uninterruptible power sources (UPS) feature a wide input voltage, 10 to –30%, and frequency window of 45-65Hz, which ensures that the output power remains continuous and regulated, regardless of input fluctuations, operating on battery power only during extreme brownouts and blackouts. The devices also feature input power factor correction, which uses a high-speed transistor to correct the UPS input power factor to near unity.

Other features of the device is the intelligent charger that constantly monitors the batteries' rising voltage and decreases the charge current proportionally to the optimum characteristics of the battery, and a crest factor that enables the product to be fully loaded and eliminates the need for oversizing the UPS. Overload capabilities, clean sinewave, automatic bypass, and total isolation are other benefits of the system. The product features optional receptacle panels and extended battery packs, as well as a communication port to make it easy for a service technician to diagnose problems.
