Waukesha acquires High Voltage Supply

SPX Corporation (Muskegon, MI) announced that its Waukesha Electric Systems unit has acquired High Voltage Supply, Inc. (Dallas, TX) with annual revenues of approximately $7 million.

High Voltage Supply specializes in the re-design, engineering and manufacturing of replacement parts for power transformers, circuit breakers, and associated electrical equipment. In addition to the US market, the company also provides customized component services to utilities in Mexico and Central America.
